These vouchers are flexible—customers can redeem the full quantity in one scan, use them one at a time, or anything in between. Can I use PINGIU voucher as a gift?Absolutely! You can print the email that contains the QR code and make sure to include the voucher’s pre-generated PIN. This is ideal for gifting someone who may not have a mobile phone—such as a child buying ice cream. They only need the printed voucher or even just the voucher code and PIN written down. If the paper voucher is lost or stolen, don’t worry. Simply go to your My Vouchers page, select the voucher, and regenerate a new PIN—the old one will be automatically deactivated. For added security, if someone attempts to use the voucher without permission and enters the wrong PIN too many times, the system will automatically reset the PIN. You can then generate a new one instantly.

Is there any incentive to refer others to join PINGIU?Absolutely! You can refer friends by visiting the My Profile page and following the instructions provided there. Once your friend registers, you’ll automatically earn 1 PING Point. Visit the My Rewards page to explore exciting rewards you can redeem—like shopping vouchers, mobile phones, and more. Don’t forget: you’ll also earn 1 PING Point when you leave a review after completing a claim transaction.

Can I choose which group my purchase supports?Yes! During checkout, you can select a school, club, charity, or group registered with PINGIU to receive a portion of our net revenue. If you join by scanning the QR Code promoted by your community group, you will be automatically subscribed to the group. If you join through PINGIU website, you can select one of the closest recommended group based on your location. This is one reason why Location service must be enabled to use PINGIU app.

What happens if I don’t use my voucher?Your active vouchers will always be displayed in your home page once you signed-in. Once your voucher is expired, we will donate all the money collected from the expired coupon to the charity that we support covering initiatives like homelessness, sick children, victims of abuse, animal welfare and environment protection.

Can I change the group I support after checkout?Yes, while a default community group is shown at the top of the home page, you can choose a different group to support during checkout. You can also explore and follow additional groups by visiting the My Groups page and searching from the list of available organisations.

I bought a voucher but can no longer use it. Can I get a refund?If the refund is not initiated by the customer, the full amount will be returned. For customer-initiated refunds, a 20% processing fee applies. If you're unable to use your voucher because the vendor cannot provide the service (e.g. fully booked or no longer in business), we will issue a full refund, excluding any card processing fees. Please review the terms on your voucher or contact our support team for assistance. We're here to help you reach a fair resolution.
